According to various news reports, CEO Sun Microsystems Scott G. McNealy is resigning after 22 years on the job.
M and C news has reported that, "Known for both his litigation against rival Microsoft Corp. and a four-year streak of no yearly profits, McNealy will remain as the company's chairman and 'chief evangelist,' the Washington Post said Tuesday.
The new CEO will be Jonathan Schwartz, 40, who has been at Sun Microsystems for 10 years."
