These inner cities and villages far from the booming costal towns like Shanghai are lagging behind in developement and do not attract much of the international inverstment flowing into China.
This marginalization of large section of population is growing in many developing nations.International business community, eager to cash into the booming economies is not thinking about the population left behind in this gold rush. India, China, Russia, South Africa all having a growing population of dissatsified citizens who are less impressed by their nations status as the boom economy.
