A report published in SupplyManagement.com says that with rising cost of offshoring in China, Brazil and India are emerging as the future leaders in the field. India has the advantage of talent pool and large population base, Brazil on the other hand, is more West-aligned, which helps to get contracts from Europe and US, has a large talent base and its proximity to US also adds to the advantage.
