AOL has announced 5,000 Job Cuts

AOL has announced that it will slash 5,000 jobs as a part of its restructuring effort.


According to Silicon.com, "Some 5,000 AOL employees, or about 26 per cent of the company's 19,000-person workforce, will lose their jobs within six months as a result of restructuring at Time Warner's AOL online division, it emerged on Thursday."
