Judge Joe Griffin of Millier County has approved $90 million settlement to the class action suit brought against Google, by Lane's Gifts and Collectibles of Texarkana and other advertisers who used Google.
Lane's Gifts and Collectibles had accused Google of falsely billing them for fradulanet "clicks". They said that the clicks were not by genuine customers. The click fraud, they said, increased their advertisment bill.
